In november stap ik op de fiets voor een bijzondere tocht van 300 kilometer langs het Victoriameer in Tanzania, met als eindbestemming het ziekenhuis in Shirati.
Het Doel
Met deze fietstocht halen we geld op voor Stichting Shirati, die zich inzet voor betere en duurzame gezondheidszorg in de regio. Het opgehaalde bedrag wordt direct geïnvesteerd in concrete projecten, zoals voedselprogramma's voor ondervoede kinderen en training van lokaal medisch personeel.

The Ride
This November, I will get on my bike for a special 300-kilometer ride along Lake Victoria in Tanzania, with the hospital in Shirati as our final destination.
The Goal
With this bike ride, we are raising money for the Shirati Foundation, which is dedicated to better and sustainable healthcare in the region. The funds raised will be directly invested in tangible projects, such as nutritional programs for malnourished children and training for local medical staff.
